| For 2007, we generally charge $100 per hour for consultation, direction, cinematography, & project management. We charge $60 per hour for logging and editing. Hourly rates could vary depending on the need for special or additional equipment, extensive drive time, or other special requests. Examples: Example #1: We'd like a 30 minute "Love Story" montage video with background music to play for the guests at our wedding reception. Assuming:
You're looking at approximately $400 to $600 depending on how fancy you want it. Example #2: We'd like a 2 hour keepsake video of our wedding that includes a "Love Story" montage segment and then footage & audio from the wedding and the reception. That would be typically cost between $1000 to $2000 depending on how fancy you want it and how tricky your special requests are. Example #3: What if our reception is in Logan or Provo? We'd add another $100 for the drive and gas. (Salt Lake or Ogden, add $50) Example #4: Our company needs to create a 30 minute training video for new employees. It doesn't have to be that fancy, but we're not sure exactly what has to be in it yet. It depends on how complex the training subject is, how much of the process analysis we need to do, the location, etc. Generally speaking, though, the standard rates listed above apply.
